Sharing FUNCY-SSB research in Trondheim
FUNCY-SSB was pleased to contribute to the 13th National Meeting for Inorganic Chemistry, held in Trondheim, Norway, on 19–20 October 2026.
At the conference, we presented the poster “Inorganic Coatings of Sulfide-Based Electrolytes through Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD)”, showcasing our work on advanced coating approaches for sulfide-based solid-state electrolytes. The research explores how ultrathin inorganic coatings can enhance material stability and support future solid-state battery technologies.
The meeting brought together inorganic chemists from across Norway and provided a platform for discussions spanning battery research, solid-state electrochemistry, thin films, ferroelectric materials and magnetic materials. The broad scientific program created valuable opportunities for exchanging ideas and discussing current challenges in materials research. For us, the event was a great opportunity to present our latest results, receive feedback from fellow researchers and connect with the wider inorganic chemistry community.
