In September 2024, we organized an online kick-off meeting with all project partners to initiate the project.

At this meeting, we laid the foundation for successful cooperation, outlined the initial steps, and addressed organizational matters. In January 2025, we had the opportunity to strengthen our team spirit and motivation during an face-to-face kick-off meeting. Meeting all partners in person contributed to a positive and productive project environment. The meeting concluded with an optimistic outlook on the project´s progress and the next steps.
